Friday 7.30 - 9.00pm sparring class (not suitable for beginner)
Saturdays:
Adults 16+ 10.00 - 11.30am.
Please note: All classes start with a warm up & a short run.

If you dont want to take classes, Then come in & do your own training with use of our equipment during opening times.
Mungkorn Dam Sityodtong
Mungkorn Dam Sityodtong opened in 1992 & is a full time professional Muaythai gym dedicated to teaching traditional Thai martial arts.
We are part of the the famous Sityodtong Muaythai camp in Thailand, One of only 8 gyms with this privilege around the world, & we run regular trips to Thailand to train there.We also bring Thai trainers over to teach at our gym.

we not only teach & train fighters, But all levels from beginners up, For fitness, Self defence or competition.
Our fighters have fought all over the world.
We welcome everyone who wants to learn the Thai Martial Arts of Muaythai (Thaiboxing), Muayboran (Old style boxing) & Krabikrabong (Thai weapons).
We are fully insured & registered with the British Thai Boxing Council &
United Kingdom Muathai Federation.
Cost of training:
Juniors (under 16) £7 pr class,
Monthly unlimited training £35.
Adult (16+) £10 pr class.
A book of 4 classes £28.
Open gym £4 pr session.
Monthly unlimited training £55.
Private tuition by appointment.
After a month of training, All students will need a Thaiboxing licence, This is for insurance purposes & is with the British Thai Boxing Council - United kingdom Muaythai Federation, This lasts for one year.

Juniors £20.
Adults £25.
